Privacy policy

Last updated: October 17, 2026

This policy explains what data the webstrategy.ge website collects, why we use it and what rights you have. Data is processed in accordance with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection.

1. Data we collect

  • Information you submit through forms — name, email, phone number, project type, estimated budget and the message or project description.
  • Technical information — when a form is submitted we store your browser type and an irreversible (hashed) form of your IP address to prevent spam and abuse.

2. Purpose and legal basis

We use the data only to reply to your enquiry, prepare an offer and communicate about a possible collaboration. The legal basis is the consent you give when submitting the form.

3. Retention

We keep enquiries for as long as needed for communication and possible collaboration, but no longer than 24 months after the last contact unless the law requires otherwise.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. Data is stored on our hosting provider’s servers and, for email notifications, with our email service provider.

5. Cookies

The website only uses a strictly necessary session cookie to secure forms. If an analytics service (e.g. Google Analytics) is enabled, it collects visit statistics.

6. Your rights

You may request information about the processing of your data, and ask for it to be corrected, deleted or restricted, or withdraw your consent. Please use the contact page to send a request. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.

7. Changes

If this policy is updated, the date of the update will be shown on this page.
